I LOVE evo's imma evo freak BUT i think that Mitsubishi was thinking about the older crowd tomuch instead of us younger gen people on this 1 i drove the evo ten and loved it but i also drove a 8 and 9 and those were way more fun. the only thing i HATE about evos are................THE PRICE to high up there you can buy a benz or bmw for $40,000. they need to bring the 8 and 9 style sorta back and lose some of that weight!

Evo X is a great car, if you haven't driven IX. It's more civilised, heavier and has lost some of evolution aura. It's still very fast and can kick some ass round corners but it lacks caracter of previous Evos. I especially dislike new twin clutch automated g'box. It's just isn't it for a car like that. Great for people who never drove evo before or those who just want better figures, but I perfer IX and it's rough rally car carachter. even the new exhaust is to smooth for a car like that.

I never said my Mustang was stock. I only said stock to stock cause people were asuming that my mustang was stock and saying that the Evo X will beat my Mustang and I argued that no it wouldnt cause my Mustang is modified.

EVO X's are SOOO Overrated, they trap 101MPH? HORRIBLE performance with how light the car is and the HP/Weight ratio. I ran an EVO X on the GSP and passed him like there was no tomorrow in my 2005 S4. MURDERED it. and my car is 800 Lbs heavier than the evo with Amenities up the wazzu. I like the older Evo's. They need to remain in tact with their true bloodlines, which are 0-60 cars. Over 60 = evo dead (unless mods are installed)

A S4 is a nice car, but not really a sports Car. Evo´s are Ex-rally Cars, and you have to use them, for what they originally were built.
Drive fast curves and to be fast on gravel and snow. The Evo X is a compromise for me... between sport and elegance - and not really Evo like... but it is a nice car anyway and beautiful to drive. But it is not the fastest Evo... shame...
