thats true orks are the most powerfull psykers in the universe because they were created when the gods created the eldar. the made all the races with equal psychic power in order to take down the c'tan and the necrons.
in the ork codex they talk about "brainboyz"
which were probably the smart orks from like 30 million years ago.

Tyranids are definatly the strongest psykers becasue there entire army is controlled by the hive hive mind, without it they are nothing so they must have the strongest.

Futile argument. The psykers of the various races are 'strong' in different aspects. Eldar, however, doubtlessly have the greatest skill and versatility to their powers. The Eldar also make the most use of psykers on a daily basis.
Chaos most likely runs a close second on versatility, though their magic is limited at times by their patrons.
Orks have the most in raw, brute power. ALl but completely unguided.
Humanity has mighty individuals, but little daily use(save the Astronimicum).

However, during the 2nd edition, the Warhammer Fantasy world was a planet within The Warp and protected by power wards once set by the Old Slann.
Warhammer players did not enjoy this idea at all, protested en masse, and it was removed from the fluff to never be mentioned again with a few rare exceptions.

Nope, you'll have a limited nombre of soldiers during the campain, but then you'll have to use them wisely. It's more close of the fluff, instead of sending thousand marines in a suicide attack.
You played Starcraft, in some missions you haven't a base and must reach the objective with a liited number of soldiers. I think DOW 2 will be like that, but better.
