And how can it be a misunderstanding? Didn't think there was any "key" to how music or art in any form is supposed to affect you. I thought this was for the most part subjective. Just asking. :)

Ya know, I really like what they are coming out with lately. I mean they have always been good, but they seem to be in a better state of mind artistically. Reminds me of the direction that Radiohead went with "In Rainbows"... Que hermosa

It's something I've personally encountered a lot: people who are completely dismissive about Radiohead because they think they're "depressing". I agree that it's often melancholy, even creepy music, but there's a lot of energy, positivity and beauty about it, too. In Rainbows is a nice example, but even songs famously picked on for their misery - like No Surprises, which got me into Radiohead - don't sound particularly depressing to me. Just gorgeous. I get sick of hearing the D word, basically.
