| Obviously your against drugs for the treatment of phobias. You make some great arguments against them. I've always been against using drugs for anxiety issues and you break it down to make it easy to understand the real reasons why one might not want to use them for anxiety. Thanks for that. Also, you simplify for the layman the hows of phobias and anxiety disorders. Great stuff. |

| Some phobias are created automatically by the mind, to lesson greater fears. Like a fear of green olives. Then the mind can say "I am ok as long as olives aren't in the room", then takes the "I'm ok" part of that statement as a port of safety. |

| Its called "Holosync" or the "Holosync Solution".. Its been going for about 20 years or something and i find its great! Especially if i have Insomnia and there is A LOT on my mind, it will put me into a Comatose sleep ( in a good way.. lol ) within half an hour and even if you fall asleep while using it, it still does its job. Great stuff :) .. and no i don't work for them, i am just passing on what worked for me because you asked :) |

| I took the medication route in my early 20's but i have spent the last 6 years!! looking for ways to control anxiety and now i have virtually eliminated it! But i KNOW the frustration in trying every bloody thing on the planet!!. So rather than spend any more time trying to figure it out on your own, i can give you what i have learned in those 6 years!. You don't need medication mate, you can curb the bastard!. :) |

| OK so I have a strong dislike for cockroaches, jumping spiders, and silverfish (at leaat I think it's silverfish - I found a bunch of these in a cardboard box in the store one time). This is where it gets different. I grew up in the UK and never saw any of these creatures until I moved to Texas. So I was perfectly at ease with the local bugs I knew. Now I totally freak when I see a cockroach. :-) Not sure if there is a name for that kind of selective phobia. |
