There is no tomatoes, apples, oranges, broccoli, blueberries, green tea, oatmeal, pecans etc, that really has been stated to be the most healthy food there is, but very good, littlebit different and interesting list;)

sesame seeds are a far greater source of protein than almonds or walnuts, though almonds are higher in calcium and walnuts are higher in good fats.
i'm not sold on using coconut oil because it has lots of saturated fat.
a warning regarding sprouted grain breads: the stuff makes REALLY DRY toast. i'm not saying that's bad, but you definitely have to be prepared or you won't have much fun eating it.

regarding salmon, everything good you can say about this fish, you can also say about sardines -which are actually better because they have much higher amounts of good fats and also because sardines are lower on the food chain, meaning there are more of them than salmon or tuna and they are less likely to contain as much toxins. i recommend sardines not packed in tomato sauce (personal preference).
also have to recommend canned salmon because it is 'excess' from line caught, wild salmon.

eggs are freaking amazing -they wake me up like no other food, excepting leftover beef ribs-, but there is an article published by two doctors that ties the consumption of more than 6 eggs a week to a greatly increased risk of death from seemingly every possible cause among men. oddly, only males seemed to be affected.
the same study says that men with diabetes shouldn't eat any eggs at all :/

also quite wary about kombucha and kefir; i believe the ingestion of lactic acid will raise the acidity of one's blood and acidic blood is tied to many negative health conditions ranging from general fatigue to cancer.
i think one might be well served by also ingesting highly alkaline foods like leafy, dark green veggies just to be safe.

Egg yolks are very bad for you if consistently consumed on a daily basis.
In moderation they are good but if you currently have cholesterol issues they are not recommended.

Essentia water is better for a bottled water in my opinion, that is, at least we know the ph of the water, 9.5, which is what we want for balancing acids in the system, and it is ionized so that the water clusters are smaller and enter the cells more easily. Smart water is more acidic.

ya I have to agree that eggs aren't good for ya. they are good to some extend but...I heard in a research that if men eat just 1 egg a day.the chances of him getting diabetes increases by around 60% while a women increases her chances of getting diabetes by around 76% so definately not the best food to be included in your diet

It is deemed fine to consume eggs if you are a healthy person with low LDL (bad) cholesterol and high HDL (good) levels.
However if you have a heart condition or issues with plasma cholesterol then daily consumption should be avoided.
To sum it up dietary cholesterol actually increases the LDL levels in your body.
