I don't understand. What is wrong with you people? What's all this bullshit about respecting the dead? That's a load of nonsense. He's dead! There's no point in respecting him or disrespecting him for that matter. If he were alive, I wouldn't respect him, because he'd probably be in an alley free basing right now. And he'd be the butt of all our jokes and rap lyrics.
IMO, we should care more about respecting the living. Disrespecting them can have far greater consequences.

Well, he grew into a doping, street running kid. Anyways, read the general post I made. Len Bias death is responsible for the government crack down on a lot of innocent drug users. They called it mandatory minimums. I call it the results of a dumb reactionary congress. After his death, the black prison population swelled to the state that it's in now.

An no, Len Bias would not have challenged Jordan. What made Jordan great wasn't just his talent but his discipline. As we can see Len did not have this and it is truly unfortunate.
