Forest Whitaker is a superb actor. One of the best ever. But in my opinion this was Will Smith's best role and i thought he shouldve won for this role.

i know, how many times can you fuck a guy over, he should have won either in '62 or '68. This year he might get nominated for a supporting role in Dean Spanley. It is highly unlikely he is going to win because it's going to be hard to pry the oscar from Ledger's cold dead hands. They might as well not nominated him if they aren't sure he's going to win, it just might give him a heart attack.
