This Jesse Jackson comment is a shell game scam to cover up this vote. Now the telecom companies will not be held financially responsible for their actions. Now many are saying that we can still charge individualls criminally. Here we go again.. one more time... someone who was trusted by Barack Obama stubbed him in the back by speaking his mind up in a news studio. not only he was stupid enough to think he was safe in a NEWS STUDIO, he actually demonstrated his real level of intellect by saying the things he said. And I really admire his intelligent apology - "...I was not aware the microphone was open...". It's like a thief would say in court "...I was not aware the security cameras were on...".
