May 23 - U.S. warships moved off the Gulf of Iran Wednesday, a development which could very likely add to already high gas prices in the U.S.
U.S. retail gasoline prices hit a record high for the second week in a row last week, matching the inflation-adjusted peak reached in the early 1980s during the Iran-Iraq war. The average price for regular unleaded gas soared 11.5 cents to a record $3.22 a gallon.Jeanne Yurman reports from New York.
