Hold my nose and vote for McCain?
What is this crap? The Republican primaries are over and McCain is now the official Republican nominee going up against Obama or Clinton. We have a democrat controlled house and senate and the fight this year will be for the White House and those Supreme Court Justices.
So why am I hearing crap from the far right that they will hold their noses and vote for McCain if they must? What's the matter with you people? He served our country and suffered for us in POW camp for years! Is this is how you treat an individual who suffered for our country? By holding your nose? [sarcasm]Gee, I wonder if McCain had a choice to "hold his nose" while suffering in POW camp for our country.[/sarcasm]
The far right wingers are mad because of issues like global warming. BIG DEAL! We should make more attempts in taking care of our planet. Isn't that what the Creator told Adam and Eve to do anyway? We're supposed to be the caretakers of the world, are we not?
The far right wingers are mad because of immigration. They still think Mexicans are strapping bombs on their person in the name of Allah! The whole immigration issue is a result of 9-11 and border security, right? So why aren't the far right wingers concerned about the Northern Canadian border, too -- you know -- where the actual 9-11 terrorists came from with visas. Ronald Reagan was for amnesty not McCain! McCain is for a humane immigration plan. Since when does it become wrong to treat our fellow man humanely? I guess the golden rule doesn't apply to our soil neighbors anymore, huh? Hypocrites.
Hannity, Rush and the like are going down that slippery path to nowhere. Rather than motivating Republicans, they choose to cry like the whining Nancies. Hannity and Rush need to learn how to gird up their loins (if they have any left) and fight because what I'm seeing is that they are more interested in their t.v. and radio ratings right now. What they ought to be doing is helping us get the job done! That's what needs to be done! We have work to do folks and they keep whining and complaining. What is this? This kind of nonsense is causing General Patton to roll around in his grave right now.
Here we have a man (Obama) who is more liberal than Hillary running for the most powerful position in the world. Imagine that! The democrats finally managed to find someone more liberal than Hillary Clinton. You have democrats who actually believe Obama can unite, and here we have our very own man like McCain who has a 2006 ACU Rating of 65%. McCain's the uniter. Obama isn't going to unite the American people with his liberal rating of 92%! DO the math. Again, you have McCain with a 65% ACU rating and, on the other hand, you have Obama with a 92% liberal rating. Do you really think people might believe Obama will be more of a uniter -- moreso than John McCain? I don't think so, but there will be some who might believe that with their fuzzy math, and it is up to us to get that truth out there. The truth is this......the way left liberal Obama has no record of UNITY. He is an attorney and a lecturer who hasn't even finished his junior status as Senator for Illinois. On the other hand, McCain the real uniter is the one who has a 65% rating which is more closely aligned to the center.
You want change? Let's take a look at the junior senator's record with regard to Illinois. I see no real change in his state. What I do see is his weak attempt at dealing with crime in his own state. I see no record of Obama's change and if one must be trusted with a lot, then one must prove he can be trusted with the little that was entrusted to him in the first place. The only change Obama is gonna bring to the country is one that emulates France. Is that the kind of change you want?
McCain, on the other hand, entrusted his whole life to our country. That's the man we should be excited about and I am excited about McCain leading and uniting the people of this great country.
So the next time you hear a fellow conservative say that they are gonna hold their noses at election time, perhaps we should do our part and motivate them to FIGHT the good fight. What are we fighting for? We are fighting for those 1.3 million little innocent lives that get snuffed out every single year. We are fighting for the Supreme Court Justices. We are fighting for the White House.
